This used 150MW coal gangue power station package includes two 150MW power generation sets, delivering a complete coal-fired power solution built upon mature steam turbine and turbo alternator equipment. This steam turbine set is well-matched with the whole system, and the steam turbine rotor, steam turbine casing and steam turbine blade are core components of the steam turbine governing system. Unit 1 is built as an extraction and condensing cogeneration unit, while Unit 4 adopts a pure condensing design. Both units were commissioned back in 2007, with core design targets focused on high-efficiency combustion of coal gangue and low-calorific-value coal. Each unit is equipped with the Wuxi Huaguang UG-480/13.7-M coal gangue boiler. It is a 480 t/h ultra-high-pressure boiler fitted with a single reheat circuit, running at the rated condition of 13.7 MPa and 540 ℃. The C150 extraction condensing steam turbine, a typical extraction condensing turbine, is matched with a QFJ-150-2 generator for Unit 1, whereas Unit 4 pairs the N150 straight condensing steam turbine with a QF-150-2 generator. All turbine assemblies run at 3000 rpm under the 50 Hz grid standard, adopting a single-shaft, double-cylinder and double-exhaust configuration, belonging to the single shaft steam turbine and double exhaust steam turbine category.
